Simple Birthday Cupcakes

I had an order for cupcakes for an office Birthday party with absolutely no direction except for the flavors (red velvet with cream cheese frosting). I don't do well with this.  There are too many ideas out there from which to choose.

Recently, I bought a Happy Birthday lollipop mold so I decided to try it out for these cupcakes.
