Churro Cupcakes!
This weekend after watching Cupcake Wars, I was inspired to make Churro Cupcakes. It is a cinnamon cupcake topped with cinnamon sugar with a cinnamon cream cheese icing and topped with a dolce de leche drizzle.
It could have been really sweet but the tangy cream cheese icing balanced it all out.
