An apple a day...

Is supposed to keep the doctor away.  But when the apple is really a cupcake topped with a donut, I don't think it works like that.

I brought cupcakes (9 dozen to be specific) to Nick's school today for his classmates.

I made 4 different varieties but only took a picture of the best ones.

From the outside this looks like an ordinary (albeit very tall) coconut cake.
